why join us? Discover an enjoyable cycling experience tailored for those with Parkinson’s!

Welcome to our community! We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to promoting trail safety and the transformative power of cycling. Through our Minneapolis-based initiative, Pedal and Roll for Parkinson’s, we empower individuals to rediscover the joy of movement on specially designed, high-quality e-trikes and human-powered 3-wheelers—providing a stable, confident alternative for those who are uncomfortable on two wheels.

Whether you’re looking to boost your physical well-being through regular exercise or seeking a supportive atmosphere to reclaim your freedom on the trails, we’re here to help you find the perfect ride. Join us today, take charge of your health, and experience the inclusive spirit of our cycling community!

our impact

At Pedal and Roll for Parkinson’s, every donation directly supports our mission with no salaries for volunteers or board members. Your contribution helps maintain our 8 specialty bikes, raise awareness of the benefits of biking for those with Parkinson’s, and organize group rides to keep our community active.

upcoming rides

We’re excited to start our weekly summer group rides with Pedal and Roll!

New to our trikes? Email us to schedule a 9:30 appointment for adjustments and instruction. Companions should ride their own bikes.

meet our founder

Founded by Liz Ogren, diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 2007, our organization helps individuals with PD stay active through biking and walking. Since 2011, we’ve hosted bike rides, Nordic walks, and Spin classes to promote the benefits of exercise. Together, we believe movement is therapy!
