2015

A free spinning class exclusively for people with Parkinson’s and their caregiver/friend was held on Saturday, April 11, 2015.  Graciously offered by Zion Anderson of Surge Cycling in St Louis Park, twenty-one of us pedaled for 45 minutes and cooled down afterward over snacks and drinks.  The spinning was exhilarating, the camaraderie uplifting, and the cool, wet, lavender scented towel was refreshing.
